The South Monmouth Regional Sewerage Authority operates on a fiscal calendar year from January 1st to December 31st.  The financial statements of the Authority have been prepared in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as applied to governmental units and are independently audited and certified by Ferraioli, Weilkotz, Cerullo and Cuva, P.A.
