In Accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, the Authority holds both a Caucus and Regular Meeting on the second Thursday of each month with one exception that being October 17, 2013.  The Public is Welcome.  The Caucus Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. with the Regular Meetings immediately following the conclusion of the Caucus Meeting.  All meetings are held at the Authority's Administration Building, 1235 18th Avenue, Belmar, New Jersey.
