In accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, the South Monmouth Regional Sewerage Authority records minutes of all its Caucus and Regular Meetings.  Meeting minutes are approved by the Authority's Board of Commissioners at the next subsequent meeting after which they are then made available to the public.
