Open Public Records Act
The SMRSA prides itself on promptly responding to all reasonable requests for information. Very often these responses are dealt with in an informal manner which normally exceeds the response time as outlined by OPRA.
In addition the SMRSA complies with N.J.S.A. 47:1-A et seq., commonly referred to as the Open Public Records Act.
