The Commissioners of the South Monmouth Regional Sewerage Authority established the 2012 Sewer Use Rate and Connection Fee at their meeting on January 3, 2012 pursuant to R.S. 40:14A-18 Amendment to the Schedule of Charges as set forth below. The Resolutions amending these rates will be available for public inspection at the SMRSA Administration Office at 1235 18th Avenue, Belmar, New Jersey. 2012 SEWER USE RATE
Effective January 1, 2012, the Sewer Use Rate applied to all sewer use billing of the Authority shall be at a rate of $2,842.25 per one million gallons of treated flow. 2012 CONNECTION FEE
Effective January 4, 2012, the Sewer Connection Fee shall be $1,497.00 per Equivalent Domestic Unit (EDU).
